A small dune just north of Florence on the Oregon Coast immediately after three days of torrential rains and high winds. The really wet sand was sculpted by high winds into hard edges and unique shapes. Within an hour of the end of the rains the hard edges began to soften and within a few hours the stark characters were reduced to rolling dunes with soft curves.
